Adler, ed., Great Books of the Western World

The Faithlife platform family (e.g., Logos, Noet) now has Mortimer Adler’s 60-volume Great Books of the Western World (Encyclopaedia Britannica, 1990) available for preorder. It seems the information from Adler’s Syntopicon has also been embedded within this digital version of the series.

According to the web page, the pre-order price is $99. As a comparison, I bought the Great Books in my freshman undergraduate year for $1,200. Took me more than a year to pay it off. I still have them, and have read many of them. If you have Logos, it is well worth the cost!
